- Be mindful all items are made to order.
- Allow 1-2 business days (weekends not included) for all orders to process.
- Expect your package to be delivered from 3-5 business days (weekends not included)
- SPANISHFLYCO is not responsible for any lost or damaged items.
- If your tracking states that your package is delivered and you have not received item(s) you must take this up with the USA postal service/office.
- SPANISHFLYCO is not responsible for packages that state have been delivered.
- Please make sure your address is correct and updated! EX: If you live in an apt complex, you must include your apt #/letter to make sure you receive your order.
- SPANISHFLYCO is not responsible for mistakes on incorrect spelling or incorrect addresses.
- No returns, refunds, or exchanges. All sales are final. (unless something is worked out with the store owner.)
- Once an order is placed, we do NOT cancel orders.
