1.) When should I expect my package?
- Allow 1-2 business days (weekends not included) to process all orders and 3-5 business days to receive order. 
2.) Returns, Refunds, Exchange?
- No returns, exchanges or refunds. All sales are final. (Unless something is worked out with store owner.)
3.) Are these great quality products?
- Yes, Spanishfly Company made sure to test out each product individually to give you the best quality items.
4.) My product is damaged, can I get a refund?
- Unfortunately, Spanishfly Company is not responsible for lost or damaged items. No returns, exchange or refunds. All sales are final.  (Unless something is worked out with the store owner.)
